He is also Principal of Sterling Sustainable Solutions, which provides strategic and operational support to sustainable design and construction firms in Seattle. Laura Elfline | Mighty House Construction Laura is co-founder and managing partner at Mighty House Construction and Mighty Energy Solutions. For over 20 years, Laura has utilized education and outreach to influence positive change towards sustainability. She believes that an open mind, a willingness to learn, and the commitment to take action on lots of small, sticky, positive choices will result in healthy homes for us and the environment. Tim Corrigan | Umpqua Bank Seattle, WA ![]() Tim Corrigan is the manager of Umpqua Bank’s Phinney Ridge location, Chair of the Phinney Neighborhood Association Business Group’s Marketing Committee and Treasurer of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild. Utilizing a wealth of banking experience, Tim specializes in green lending through Umpqua Bank’s GreenStreet program.
