The NWEBG is a not-for-profit, member-based organization focused on creating environmentally responsible residential and commercial buildings. Our members are on the cutting edge of green building and at the beginning of the learning curve. As a Guild, we work to educate each other and our clients about innovative ways to affordably incorporate green building techniques into every project.
The Northwest EcoBuilding Guild was founded in 1993 by a small group of Puget Sound area residential building professionals who were already incorporating green building ideas into their practices. They formed the Guild for the purpose of networking and exchanging areas of expertise. Since 1993, the Guild has grown to seven chapters around the northwest. Members include national and regional experts in their fields, as well as homeowners and beginners in green building.
The Mission of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild is to function as an educational forum to facilitate building practices that protect human health and natural biodiversity, encourage sustainable resource usage, and foster long-term economic vitality.
The Goal of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild is to help its members and the general public implement sustainable building technologies, while helping grow the market demand for sustainable building products and professional services.

What is different between a Green Pages Listing and Green Pages Advertising?A Green Pages Listing is a benefit of your Professional membership status. Your Green Pages Listing will be published online in the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild searchable directory and in the annually printed directory publication. Additional category listings can be purchased at any time of the year. The additional category will be linked to your online Green Pages listing and will be included in the next printed publication. Additional category listings are valid until the expiration date of your Guild membership.
