Retreat Workships
A limited number of Workships are available to Guild members each year for the Annual Member Retreat of the NW EcoBuilding Guild. Workships allow the awarded applicant to attend the Retreat at a substantial discount in exchange for volunteer service time performed before, during, and/or after the Retreat.
Tom St. Louis Fund Retreat Scholarships
The Tom St. Louis Fund Retreat Scholarship was established in 2008 in memory of one of the NW EcoBuilding Guild’s founding members. Tom was committed to education for the public and other Guild members. He was eager to share the principles and techniques of green design and building and cutting-edge technology. Tom believed that we all have much to learn from and teach to one another. Tom considered training and supporting the next generation of Guild members was vital to our Mission. It is in his honor that we offer Retreat scholarships to Emerging Green Professionals.
Stafford Fund Scholarships
The Stafford Fund was established in 2010 in honor of Chris Stafford, long-time president of the NWEBG in order to support active Guild leaders and volunteers attend the annual Guild Retreat.
Donate
Your donation allows the Guild to fulfill its mission of Building Toward the Future. Your support of all of our Retreat Scholarships allows select notable members an opportunity to attend the Retreat. The Retreat provides a professional and relaxing setting where members and other professionals learn and share information about cutting-edge, innovative, and resilient green and sustainable building in the Northwest.
