Acceptable formats are: Display Ad artwork created in a word processing program will not be used. Creations prepared in CorelDraw or InDesign cannot be used and should be saved in Photoshop or PageMaker format. Alternatively, you can export your artwork to hi-resolution PDF format.
2) Camera Ready Art
-- Native format of PageMaker 6.5 or 7.0 (PC or Mac) or Photoshop
-- TIFF and EPS graphic formats are the best alternatives
(JPG format is acceptable, but not preferred)
-- PDF file format must be saved at 100% scale at print quality (highest resolution).
If artwork is submitted as a Word or WordPerfect document, the Green Pages team will convert it to graphic format and $50 non-refundable fee will be applied.
If an electronic version of your display advertising artwork is not available, camera ready artwork must be submitted at least two weeks before the submission deadline.
“Camera ready art” means an original, high resolution, laser-printed artwork that can be scanned in order to produce an electronic version. Your camera ready art must be the same dimension as specified on the Advertising Rate Sheet, in exactly the orientation shown of the version you have ordered.
If any adjustments to the scanned image are required, such as straightening, resizing, etc., a $50 per hour charge will be applied. The art should be printed on high quality paper in black and white, unless you have purchased 2- or 4-color option.
The quality of the scanning of all Camera Ready Art by the Green Pages Team is not guaranteed.
