Luke Howard is a Building Science Specialist with the WSU Extension Energy Program. He has nearly a decade of academic and professional experience researching, analyzing and implementing sustainable and resource conservation building design strategies. He has experience educating both industry and the public about resource and energy conservation practices. Howard has a Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College and is certified through the National Sustainable Building Advisors Program as a “Sustainable Building Advisor.”
