Ongoing Throughout the Day @ Site #9, Leavenworth Ave. House

1220 Leavenworth Ave. NE, Olympia, WA  98606

Older homes were built to function as a system of repairable parts.  The historic Leavenworth Ave. home, built in 1928, has already lost some of its vintage features such as its original sash and double-hung wood windows.  We will be restoring some of that character with this project.

When utilized together, these steps add energy efficiency to the home, while keeping a piece of history out of the landfill.
