24. zHome

When completed, zHome will be a 10-unit townhome development that uses smart design and cutting edge technologies to radically reduce its environmental impacts, including modeled zero net energy/carbon neutral performance.

25. Bellevue 41st

Bellevue 41st is comprised of five modern-green, fully-customized homes by designed by Paul Whitney and the YS Development team. Located in a private and natural setting close to Bellevue's top schools.

28. Bastyr University Student Housing

Completed in summer 2010, Bastyr's new Student Village is designed to encourage interaction among students, fit into the campus' natural landscape and minimize impacts to the local environment. The Village consists of 11 three-story buildings that house 12 students each.

23. Trails at Newcastle- 32 Home Built Green Community

Community-focused site design, intelligent homes, restorative landscaping, and ecological stewardship is at the core of the “smart growth” concept of this community. Weekend workshops will be held on Low Impact Development techniques and wildlife and native plant restoration.
