Our homeowners chose to add a library/office addition in loving memory of Bill's mother, who's passion for books and learning helped shape all of their lives.
This 120 square foot, cost effective addition creates an integrated, energy efficient space, that allows the owners to recapture the dining room for its original intended use.
The home features include: a living roof, effective AIRSEALING, and an open floor plan. Naturally it includes low/no VOC materials and finishes throughout.
Before the remodel, this barren deck sat idle.
