Shepherd’s Grove is a five unit affordable housing Cottage Community built by South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity in partnership with five very-low income households. Each unit has three bedrooms and one bath and is 1,250 square feet on a 2,500 square foot lot. Each of these homes is ADA throughout with full-house fire suppression and an R28 envelope.  Shepherdsgrove

A low-impact development with large community spaces, native landscaping, rain gardens and pervious pavement, Shepherd’s Grove is an environmental, sustainable and affordable example of better practices in modern construction.
