The Symposium reported on a series of residential green building valuation roundtables conducted in 2011 in cities across Washington and Idaho.  Learn how the market is evolving to recognize green building, and join community leaders in taking action to address identified needs.

Participants took part in a strategic conversation with leaders from NWMLS, WA Association of Mortgage Professionals, WA Association of REALTORS and Appraisers' Coalition of WA – through a generative, small-group Café-style discussion among peers.  Program begins at 9am.  Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served.
