Tim Corrigan, MBA

Assistant Vice President, Store Manager, Certified Small Business Advisor, Umpqua Bank

Tim Corrigan is the manager of Umpqua Bank’s Phinney Ridge location, Chair of the Phinney Neighborhood Association Business Group’s Marketing Committee, and Treasurer of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild’s Seattle Chapter. Utilizing a wealth of banking experience, Tim specializes in green lending through Umpqua Bank’s GreenStreet program. In his free time Tim enjoys seeing live music, playing golf, and spending time with his wife Sally, son Liam, and Wheaten Terrier pup named Gus.

Scott Wooley

Home Lending Officer, Umpqua Bank

Scott has been in the mortgage industry over 23 years, starting as a loan officer and later becoming an account manager. After a few years Scott was promoted to an area manager for a large bank. Once his children started playing sports, Scott decided to go back to being a loan officer to give himself a more flexible schedule. Scott has a great deal of experience with originating loans for home purchases, renovations, and new construction and prides himself on being a seasoned, knowledgeable professional who focuses on building lasting relationships. In his spare time, Scott has enjoyed coaching youth basketball for over ten years.
