We are excited to be hosting our third annual multifamily conference! We have changed our format to include two panel discussions.

We will open the event with a keynote from a community leader talking about the state of the market. Our first panel discussion will be focused on multifamily housing affordability. This has been a growing area of challenge for many residents, owners, managers, builders, and communities in the NW region.

The second panel discussion will be focused on sustainability in multifamily housing. This is an industry sector that is left behind in so many areas that affect quality of life and engagement in the community. These experts will discuss health, safety, building and community improvements that impact the multifamily market and make it more livable.
