We are pleased to welcome guest speaker, Mike Lubliner, from the Washington State Energy Office, where he helped develop, implement, evaluate, and refine the Northwest Power Planning Council’s Model Conservation Standards, state energy codes and Super Good Cents site-built and manufactured housing programs.

This session is open to everyone including non-members. Please join us to learn about this important update to our state Energy Code.
